Sawyer noted that under Kopper’s leadership, the senior living community had a deficiency-free opening survey to obtain its license in September 2019. He says, “Not only has this been an important new service that we’re excited to be able to provide to our residents, but Joanne has made it financially stable in its second month of operation!”
